Nicole Dickerson is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) and Consultant with experience supporting individuals, couples, children, and families, including those with complex mental health and developmental needs. Her work is rooted in a client-centered, strengths-based approach, with a focus on early intervention, behavioral support, and care coordination. She is passionate about empowering clients and strengthening families to promote growth, independence, and overall well-being.

Therapist

Jonetta is a Licensed Therapist and the Founder & CEO of Thrive Behavioral Health Consulting, specializing in trauma-informed therapy for individuals and families navigating life transitions. She integrates clinical expertise with strategic consulting to help organizations build sustainable, client-centered systems of care. Through a collaborative and culturally responsive approach, Jonetta empowers both individual clients and professional systems to achieve lasting growth.

Joy is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C) and Clinical Director at Thrive, holding a Master of Social Work and an MBA to bridge clinical expertise with business insight. With over a decade of experience, she provides trauma-informed care for individuals while advising organizations on staff wellness and program development. Her collaborative approach empowers both clients and systems to build resilience and foster sustainable growth.
